Contact data you submit voluntarily: name, company, email address, phone number, and the content of your project brief or message.

Conversation data from our AI assistant, kept so we can answer follow-up questions and improve support quality.

Technical and analytics data: pages visited, referrer, device and browser type, and aggregated interaction events collected through Google Analytics 4.

To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, scope requirements, and deliver the services you request.

To operate, secure, and improve this website and our products, including measuring which pages and services are useful.

To send project-related messages. We do not sell your data and we do not send unsolicited marketing to addresses obtained from third parties.

We process data on the basis of your consent when you submit a form, on the basis of a contract or pre-contractual steps when we quote or deliver work, and on the basis of legitimate interest for security and product improvement.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, role-based access, row-level security on database tables, and audit logging.

Access is limited to team members who need it to deliver the service. Client production data remains the property of the client.

We use processors for hosting, email delivery, analytics, and AI model inference. They act on our instructions and only for the purposes described here.

We disclose data to authorities only where required by applicable law.

Enquiry and conversation data is retained for as long as needed to serve the relationship, and deleted or anonymised on request unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data, and object to analytics processing, by emailing halo@nagatama.id. We respond within 30 days.

We use minimal first-party storage for site functionality and Google Analytics 4 for aggregate traffic measurement. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the site content.
