Employee self-service apps
Attendance with GPS and selfie verification, leave requests, digital payslips, announcements, onboarding, and approval workflows in one place.
The people who create most of your operational data — drivers, technicians, sales staff, security officers, warehouse crews — rarely sit at a desk. An Android application puts the system in their hands at the exact moment the work happens, which is the only moment the data is accurate.
We build Android applications that behave well in the real world: patchy signal, older devices, long shifts, and users who have no interest in a training manual.
Depending on the case we ship either an installable progressive web app for fast rollout and instant updates, or a native-packaged Android build for Play Store distribution and deeper device access.
Attendance with GPS and selfie verification, leave requests, digital payslips, announcements, onboarding, and approval workflows in one place.
Work orders, checklists, photo evidence, digital signatures, and job status updates that queue locally and sync when the connection returns.
Customer visits, order taking, stock checks, and route plans, with real-time reporting back to the head office dashboard.
Account access, transactions, tracking, and notifications, with the same security model as your web platform.
Data captured in the field is written locally first and synchronised with conflict handling once the device is back online, so a lost signal never loses a shift's work. Sessions are device-bound, tokens are short-lived and refreshable, sensitive data is encrypted at rest, and every privileged action is recorded in the audit trail. Where the case requires it we add licence gating, device whitelisting, and remote revocation.
A shared React and TypeScript codebase packaged for Android, backed by the same PostgreSQL and edge API layer as the web platform. Push notifications, background sync, camera and GPS access, and biometric or PIN unlock are integrated as needed. Play Store submission, signing, and staged rollout are handled with you.
Every project runs through the same five stages, so you always know where the work stands and what you receive at each step.
We map your business processes, user roles, the data that flows between them, and the legacy systems that must stay alive. The output is an agreed requirements document with a prioritised module list.
Database schema, permission model, integration flows, and screen designs come first. Prototypes are validated with key users so big changes happen while they are still cheap.
Work runs in short sprints. Each sprint produces a version your team can genuinely try in a test environment — not a progress percentage on a slide.
Functional testing, load testing, permission review, and User Acceptance Testing with real users. Findings are fixed before the system is declared production ready.
Production release, data migration, user training, documentation, monitoring, plus maintenance and continued development packages sized to your company.
Nagatama serves companies across Indonesia — Greater Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Denpasar, Balikpapan, Makassar, and Medan — and works with clients in Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia. Collaboration is remote-first with scheduled online meetings, a demo every sprint, and on-site visits for projects that need field observation such as warehouses, plants, or branch offices. English is a working language for documentation, meetings, and delivery.
These are products we designed, built, and run ourselves for comparable needs. Every one can be opened and tried — see the full collection in the Nagatama portfolio.

Call policy control for Android devices
An installable Android companion app (PWA) for call safety: whitelist/blacklist modes, policy rules you can simulate before enforcing, audit logs for every change, and opt-in time-boxed location sharing that can be revoked at any moment. Offline-first with controlled licensing.

Mobile-first employee application
Employee self-service people actually open: attendance, leave requests, digital payslips, announcements, and company chat — all smooth in the palm of the hand.

AI-powered vehicle diagnostics
An intelligent assistant for light-vehicle and heavy-equipment technicians. From fault codes to repair recommendations, Mekanik.AI shortens every diagnostic session in a modern workshop.
Yes. We prepare the signing keys, store listing, privacy policy, and data safety declaration, then manage the staged rollout and subsequent updates.
Yes, when the workflow requires it. Records are stored on the device and synchronised automatically with conflict resolution once connectivity returns.
Our focus is Android, which covers the majority of field devices in Indonesia. Because the codebase is shared, an iOS build can usually be added later without starting over.
Yes. We integrate through APIs, and where no API exists we build a secure bridge service that talks to the existing database or file exchange.
Geofencing, mock-location detection, device binding, selfie verification, and server-side timestamps together make the common workarounds impractical, and every anomaly is flagged for HR review.
HR systems built for Indonesian regulation: shifts, overtime, BPJS, PPh 21, and payroll that reconciles with finance.
Fast, secure, multi-tenant web applications and SaaS products — dashboards, portals, and internal systems that hold up in production.
