Offline-First and Device Security
Data captured in the field is written locally first and synchronised with conflict handling once the device is back online, so a lost signal never loses a shift's work. Sessions are device-bound, tokens are short-lived and refreshable, sensitive data is encrypted at rest, and every privileged action is recorded in the audit trail. Where the case requires it we add licence gating, device whitelisting, and remote revocation.
Technology We Use
A shared React and TypeScript codebase packaged for Android, backed by the same PostgreSQL and edge API layer as the web platform. Push notifications, background sync, camera and GPS access, and biometric or PIN unlock are integrated as needed. Play Store submission, signing, and staged rollout are handled with you.

Every project runs through the same five stages, so you always know where the work stands and what you receive at each step.
1. Discovery and requirements analysis
We map your business processes, user roles, the data that flows between them, and the legacy systems that must stay alive. The output is an agreed requirements document with a prioritised module list.
2. Architecture and interface design
Database schema, permission model, integration flows, and screen designs come first. Prototypes are validated with key users so big changes happen while they are still cheap.
3. Incremental development per module
Work runs in short sprints. Each sprint produces a version your team can genuinely try in a test environment — not a progress percentage on a slide.
4. Testing, security, and UAT
Functional testing, load testing, permission review, and User Acceptance Testing with real users. Findings are fixed before the system is declared production ready.

Do you publish the app to the Google Play Store?
Yes. We prepare the signing keys, store listing, privacy policy, and data safety declaration, then manage the staged rollout and subsequent updates.
Does the app work without an internet connection?
Yes, when the workflow requires it. Records are stored on the device and synchronised automatically with conflict resolution once connectivity returns.
Do you also build for iOS?
Our focus is Android, which covers the majority of field devices in Indonesia. Because the codebase is shared, an iOS build can usually be added later without starting over.
Can the app connect to our existing HR or ERP system?
Yes. We integrate through APIs, and where no API exists we build a secure bridge service that talks to the existing database or file exchange.
How do you handle GPS attendance fraud?
Geofencing, mock-location detection, device binding, selfie verification, and server-side timestamps together make the common workarounds impractical, and every anomaly is flagged for HR review.
